Benedict App – Light, a ready-to-use time and task management solution built entirely on Microsoft 365 (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate). Unlike generic “from scratch” development, this app is already complete, tested, and documented, which allows for a fast and reliable deployment in your environment.

The system includes task and ticket tracking with role-based access, time logging with automated reporting, SharePoint integration for secure data storage, and invoice generation based on time logs. It is designed for small and mid-sized teams (up to 20 users) who want a lightweight yet professional solution without additional SaaS costs.

FAQ

Do I need a Power Apps license?

Yes. The Essential version of the app works with Microsoft 365 Business licenses that include Power Apps and SharePoint. For Professional and Intelligent versions, a Power Apps Premium license is required.

Will you access my company data?

No. The application is installed directly in your tenant. We never have access to your internal files or data.

Can I request customization?

Yes. We can extend or tailor the app for your workflow as a separate service. For customizations, please contact info@benedict-corp.com

You will get a Task Management and Time Tracker Application within your own Microsoft tenant. Data will not go anywhere away from your tenant.

Delivery
We will install the application in your Microsoft environment. Installation typically takes 1–2 business days after access to your Microsoft tenant is granted.
Licenses
You need an active Microsoft 365 Business Basic/Standard/Premium license for Essentials version. If you would choose Professional or Intelligent versions - you will need Power Apps Premium license.

As per the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content and digital services, customers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases.
However, this right does not apply once the delivery or installation of the digital content has begun with the customer’s explicit consent and acknowledgment that they lose their right of withdrawal.
